  • Coaching

    Our coaches work with a school on a contract basis to provide ongoing assistance and support to enhance student achievement by implementing the CES Common Principles.

  • Principals Leadership Institute

    for CES Principals, their teams of Facilitators, and School-Based Technical Coordinators

  • Spring Forum

    an annual opportunity for CES practitioners to dialogue on their work and share best practices for enhancing student achievement

  • Swap N' Share

    a day long gathering at which educational practitioners and community members share proven practices as well as works-in-progress for embedding the CES Principles in schools to advance student learning and build a truly equitable education system

  • Targeted Assistance

    CES-NJ staff can provide professional development in a variety of specific areas including Classroom Practice, School Climate, Organizational Design, Leadership, and Community Connections.

  • TREK

    3-4 day summer programs for teams from CES-NJ schools, designed to deepen understanding of CES principles and practices and to enable participants to develop strategies to advance the reform agenda in schools.

CES National Programs

  • CES Fall Forum

    an annual event bringing together a diverse group of more than 2,000 educators to share ideas and practices in the areas of school design, classroom practice, leadership, and community connections

  • CES University (CESU) courses

    a professional development structure from CES National that provides experienced CES practitioners and like-minded educators with a unique opportunity to share and learn with peers representing various levels of school reform work
