Swap N' Share is a day long gathering at which educational practitioners and community members share proven practices as well as works-in-progress for embedding the CES Principles in schools to advance student learning and build a truly equitable education system. The theme of the fifth annual Swap N' Share is "Closing the Achievement Gap: Effective School Practices".
