The Center for Effective School Practices (CESP) is a multidimensional school improvement organization that is part of the Rutgers Graduate School of Education.

CESP was created to meet the needs of schools, school districts, school teams, and individual educators by providing high-quality technical assistance, professional development, coaching, and other support services.  CESP assists practitioners and scholars in responding to changing circumstances by identifying and addressing evolving and emerging needs.

In linking education research to education policy and practice, CESP connects members of the greater education community so they can work together to improve teaching and learning.
