This one-day class offers high-school students an introduction to the fundamentals of public speaking. Students will learn best practices and sharpen their skill set through engaging and fun activities. Working together, students will have the opportunity to practice delivery, boost their confidence, and get the edge they need to achieve success through effective communication.

Topics Covered:
- delivery skills
- techniques for managing speech anxiety
- control pauses and fillers (ah’s and uhm’s)
- speak enthusiastically
- tips on practicing a speech/presentation

To help high school students get an academic edge, Our Classroom is offering a one-day class in computer science and algorithm development.
