Dr. Hall teaches in the 200-hour Alternate Route program at the Newark location through the Center for Effective School Practices (CESP).
A founder and leader of Discovery Charter School in Newark, Dr. Hall has over 30 years of experience in the education field. She teaches and develops curriculum at Discovery Charter School. She also is Associate Director of Kids in Business, Inc., a youth entrepreneurial program based in Newark. Previously, she was editor of the Harvard Educational Review and taught at the Boston Museum of Science and TERC.
Dr. Hall received an Ed.D. in Teaching and Learning from Harvard University and also holds a Certificate of Advanced Study in Education from that institution. She has an M.A. in Special Education from Radford University, and has a B.A. in Social Studies Education from Roanoke College.
