Sahar Khan Sherwani is a Research Assistant at CESP, and is pursuing her dual Master’s degree in Public Policy and Public Informatics at Rutgers University. Sahar is passionate about using data-driven approaches to inform programs and policy and improve outcomes. Her work at CESP focuses on both qualitative and quantitative analysis of interviews and survey data, contributing to the continuous improvement of the Center’s research projects and efforts. 

Sahar brings over seven years of experience in mixed methods research, data analysis, and program evaluation, having worked with government institutions, NGOs, and educational organizations both in the United States and internationally. Her proficiency with tools like STATA, R, Python, SQL, and Power BI allows her to provide rigorous analysis and actionable insights.
